Celia Rice

An Orange County native Celia has been with HOD since 2019. She is an interior design graduate from Orange Coast College and has her bachelor’s degree from Cal State Dominguez Hills. Celia is passionate about all things design. She enjoys working closely with clients to create an environment that works perfectly in both form and function. When Celia is not designing she can usually be found planning her next camping trip, or taking her dog Bowie to the dog beach.
